How Shipping Works for Wholesale Orders
All orders are processed and dispatched by our parent company Opera Foods, an established Australian wholesale grocer.
- Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Warners Bay, NSW.
- Deliveries are made to business/commercial addresses only.
- No customer pickups are available.
Delivery Timeframes
- Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane metro areas: Often overnight or next business day for in-stock items.
- Adelaide, Perth & other capital cities: Usually 2–3 business days.
- Regional & remote Australia: 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier schedules.
Large or pallet-sized orders may have slightly longer lead times — we’ll confirm this at the time of ordering.

- Free shipping is available on Wholesale orders over $400 in major Metro Areas. Opera Foods checkout will show free shipping option where available.
